Strata - Night Falls (The Weight of It)

This is another listening station discovery. I had recently purchased Circa Survive's On Letting Go and wanted more of a similar sound. I was quite intrigued by the sounds on the CD. Without really being all over the place, many songs have very distinct moods. "The New National Anthem" is possibly the closest you'll get to the good old protest songs of the '70s. Too bad the group disbanded after only one major CD.
